A 2-post lift raises the car on four arms under the frame, so every wheel hangs free and the whole underside is open. It is the bay for work that needs the wheels off or the car up high.

Good for
- Brakes: pads, rotors, calipers and lines
- Suspension and steering: struts, control arms, tie rods and ball joints
- Axles, CV joints, wheel bearings and hubs
- Exhaust work and oil changes at standing height
- Driveline work (ask first before pulling a transmission)
Not the right bay for
- Vehicles heavier than the lift is built for. Tell us what you are bringing when you book and we will tell you if it fits.
- Work that does not need the car in the air. The floor bay costs less.

Tell us the year, make and model when you book and we will confirm it fits. For a heavy or unusual vehicle, call first.
Do I need to know how to use a lift?
No. Your first visit includes a short safety walkthrough: where the arms go, how to raise it, how the safety locks work and how to lower it.
Can I do a brake job in two hours?
Often, if you have the parts ready and have done one before. The minimum booking is two hours. For a bigger job book more time, or a day.
